Some green is left between the legs or in the hair

Open the picture and tap the leftover green: every closed gap of that color goes too. Undo brings it back.

The background was not removed at all

Snipsy works with flat backgrounds (a green screen or a solid color). Photos with a busy background are not supported yet. If your picture has a flat background and still fails, please send it to us.

My characters jump around in my video editor

Turn "Crop empty space" off before tapping the wand: every result keeps the original canvas size.

I bought Pro on another device
